They are considered legal citizens of most countries, and technically discriminating against them is illegal. Of course, that doesn't mean people don't do it every day of their lives.

Terra is a very intelligent young woman who hates weres very much. She has money, and can afford to throw herself into the research that she loves. This is her story, and the story of one Neo Carrin (it's pronounced Nay-oh, not Nee-oh, so don't get it wrong), a man who occasionally serves as her bodyguard.
