The Arbitration

This is a temporary title, for a story that doesn't have a full plot yet. Fhom is a cursed child who doesn't have very many choices of what to do with this life because no one wants to associate with a cursed child. So instead of being shunted off into a job that he knows he'll hate, he takes the Arbitration. But... things don't quite go as planned.

As I said, this doesn't have a full plot. It has quite a bit of plot, but I don't know what's going to end up being the main conflict of the story. Right now it's just a story around some characters that I wanted to write about. But yeah, I do have some ideas on what's going on.
