questionnaire #1: the basics

your name

Rai. That may seem weird, but it's just that, and if I have any sort of last name, I've never been told it. I'm pretty sure that I don't though.

describe yourself

Me? I'm...sexy. Very sexy... ^_^ Actually, I'm a little too pretty for my own good. Men and women try to pick me up on the street, thinking that I'm younger than I am, and I always have to try to say no without just making them more aggressive. Uh...yeah...I think I got off track a little there. ^_^;
Anyway, I'm short (about 5'4"), fairly girly looking, and I look a year or so younger than I am... I'm Japanese, and it's pretty obvious. I have straight black hair down to my waist, and I normally keep it braided at all times, so that it's not in the way. I have violet eyes, which everyone keeps saying is weird, but it's not like I can help it. That was the way I was born.
Aside from appearance, I'm happy, good in bed, and fun to be around, unless you piss me off. I like to blow stuff up...I also like getting drunk, and having sex.

Adan is...well he's just Adan. He's strong, and capable, and so very much more responsible than I will ever be. He's also a bit of a stick in the mud sometimes, and it often takes both Nik and me to get him to have some fun with us. He's good looking though, and that makes up for it all. He's taller than me, which isn't good, but it's normal, and really, really fit. He's got this blonde hair that's just brown enough that it looks slightly dirty, but not in a bad way, and he's working on growing it out past chin length, where I think it's been since he was a baby...and the most gorgeous blue eyes. They'd be nicer if he would smile once in a while, though.
And Nik...aside from the fact that he used to be a girl, he's a great guy. He cares for me just as much as Adan does, but he shows it a lot more. Actually, he acts a lot like the girl he used to be, and it's almost weird at times... He kinda balances out Adan, since with the two of them, I have one who's really emotional, and one who would probably rather die than admit that he feels something most of the time. Anyway, Nik is actually shorter than I am, only 5', and he's really sensitive about it. He really doesn't look all that different from when he was a girl, except that he doesn't have breasts and, well...he's a guy. He still has the dark purple hair, just as long as mine, but thicker, and the purple eyes. And he still keeps those glasses, even though he claims that he could make his sight better with magic and dump the glasses... ^_^;

where (and when) do you live?

Omega Colony most of the time, which is on the Moon for anyone who might have been completley oblivious for the last...lifetime. And occasionally on Earth at Nik's old house. As for when...it's the year 90 SE, doesn't everyone know that?

what's your favourite sweet?

Mountain Dew...that counts as a sweet, doesn't it?

what is your favorite...

season?

*shrugs* We don't really have seasons here on Omega. I just know that I didn't like winter when we were down on Earth, too cold.

food?

Anything that doesn't take too much effort to get down while setting up a bomb. Preferably sweet stuff and salty stuff.

animal?

Foxes, I like foxes a lot. Maybe it's the call of the wild, or something like that.

color?

Black.

time of day?

Middle of the night...we usually don't get interrupted during sex in the middle of the night, and nighttime is a lot better for setting up my projects without calling attention to myself. Besides, they only let me go out drinking at night. ^_^

weapon?

Explosives. Bombs, TNT...pretty much anything that makes a loud boom!

tell us about...

your place of birth

White, sterile, and boring, and cold. Oh yeah, and there are way too many computers there.

your childhood

Scary. I never saw any other kids, and I spent pretty much all my time in front of the computers, who I thought were trying to eat me. And since they were, in a way, I never got it why the doctors didn't believe me and forced me to go back to the computers even though I had nightmares about them and hated them. Needless to say, I wasn't a very happy kid, not until I met Adan.

your parents

Well, technically my parents are...a test tube and some cloning equipment, either that or Izumi. But that's just freaky... of course, and so is what I would have to say if I considered Izumi's parents to be mine...they're both guys. Anyway, I didn't know any of this when I was young, so I guess I didn't have any parents when I was a kid.

your siblings

Again...I don't really have any. I guess technically you could argue that Izumi is my twin brother...but he's not. I mean, he's fifty something years old! And I'm not. And same thing, you could argue that since I'm Izumi's "brother," that Akie really is my sister, and that doesn't bother me all that much. She's a good kid, annoying and hyper, but good. And she's turned out useful on occasion.

*shrugs* It's okay. We have a big room, with no computers in it, and a nice, big bed. That's all I really care about. ^_^

Wherever. Our room is nice...so're all the local bars.

can you read?

Yeah, the doctors kinda insisted on it.

Yeah, same reasons as why I can read.

Not unless you think audio torture counts as singing. ^_^

Nope, except for slamming my hands on the edge of the table, and even then, I don't keep beat well.

English and Japanese...and computer, but that's against my better judgement.

what weapons can you use?

Explosives of all sorts. I'm pretty good with a gun...and if I really have to, I can turn computer defense systems against people.

are you good at keeping secrets about yourself?

Not really...pretty much everyone knows my secrets.

what is your best kept secret?

I don't think that Karin has realized that I'm a clone yet...so I guess that one.

I'm gay... ^_^ Not even slightly interested in girls... But then, I don't think that I ever tried to hide that.

are you good at keeping secrets about others?

Eh, not really. About as good with that as I am about keeping my own secrets.

Well, I knew that the Earth Army woman that Markus was sleeping with was Reyna the bitch...and I didn't tell anyone because I thought it was more fun to hold the fact that I knew above his head and gloat. But by the time I decided that I should tell someone, he had already made his big mistake. Joy.

what secret about someone else have you not kept and wish you had?

Well, I let Adan know that I knew that Nik was really Niki when he saved me from that Colonial compound...and then Niki got in shitloads of trouble with him, because he doesn't understand the way hearts work sometimes. I should have stayed quiet about that. ^_^;

are you a virgin?

Hell no! Haven't been since I was fourteen, and Adan and I decided to start experimenting with sex.

do you mate for life?

*shrugs* Not that I know of. I mean, I can imagine staying with Adan and Nik for the rest of my life...but I'm not sure if that will really happen. Besides, I've been told that I'll probably have the same type of lifespan as Izumi...so I'll probably outlive Adan anyway.

Adan. I've known him since I was about nine years old...and he was about the only person who could calm me down. We were best friends, I guess, though no one would really have considered what we had a normal friendship. Then, about when I was fourteen and he was fifteen, we kinda started fooling around, and it led to sex. The Doctors were not happy about that one.

who is your current lover?

Adan and Nik, two of them. ^_^

It's a tie between Adan, Nik, and Elie...though I'm starting to get to know Izumi and Jay really well too, so I guess I have five of them.

I don't want to remember it...but it was when Niki's creepy little brother decided that he wanted me while I was being held on the Colonial base... Kissing a guy with fangs, especially if you don't want to in the first place, sucks.

Whenever Adan and/or Nik wakes me up.

Not really...but if I have to be I can.

I have this funky burn on my upper right thigh from an incident with a computer that didn't like me all that much. It's small, though, and that's the only one.

Not yet, but I want to get a nipple done some day.

Uhhh, not really....

Most of the time, no.

Several, but they heal pretty fast and I've never had anything too bad.

what is your favourite mode of transportation?

*shrugs* I like riding in cars, but Markus is the only one in our group who's old enough to drive, and he hates taking me anywhere. They won't let me pretend I'm eighteen and drive myself, and I never have money for public transportation (which sucks anyway), so I usually end up walking everywhere.

can you cook?

I don't poison myself when I try, but it's not very tasty.

Nope. Adan does, though.

do you believe in a higher power?

Not really, though I've been told that Izumi's kin, and thus mine in a way as well, have a goddess that's actually real. Never met her, so I'm not gonna go around believing in her until I do.

I'm not really much for religion of any sort.

None that I know of, but then, who should I be considering "my people"? Izumi's kind, who I know almost nothing about? Or the scientists?
