This was my first layout for the Character Spotlight. I love it. I started the spotlight sometime between when I made Muses its own site, and when I switched to the Flame of Recca theme...so I'm not quite sure when this one started. Anyway, this is one of the few pictures of Youji that I adore. I'm not a huge Youji fan, though I like him more than I used to...but I love this picture more than many of my other WK pics. And the moment I spotted it while looking for a good image for the spotlight, it struck me. I needed this pic...it even told me how to implement it. ^_^

My 800x600 alternative to Youji... I love this picture to death, even though I've never known who he is. And...now that I think about it, this is my second layout titled "oyasumi nasai" (the other being one of the music place ones)... Oh well.

When the Flame of Recca theme took over the Character Spotlight, it brought much blue to the page. I really like this image...though not quite as much as the other two Recca and Yanagi pics I used for various other layouts in the FoR theme.

This is my absolute favorite image from the entire FoR theme... As I've said many, many times, I love Koganei to death. He is my favorite character, and this picture of him is just...squee... Despite the fact that it's not his usual, genki self.

Startled Mikagami drops his notebook... ^_^ This non-Javascript version of the spotlight is probably my least favorite of the three spotlight layouts...but I still like it quite a bit. To be honest, I just can't say no to Mi-chan's hair...especially when it hides one of his eyes. ^_^

Most of the first framesless version of the site actually saw the spotlight sharing the same layout as muses. This layouts was supposed to be for thoughts...but then I decided not to give thoughts any new layouts, and I made up a quick spotlight layout with this, only to not update the spotlight at all while it was up. I really like this picture...it's quite peaceful...but the layout's too pink for my tastes.

Dejiko is super cute, and when I decided to make new layouts for stuff, I decided that I just had to use this picture for something. It's too cute to not use, thus the name of the layout.

I'm sure a good number of X fans out there have seen this image...the one of Kamui licking someone's hand...with chains. I love this image to death, and when I decided that for this round of layouts I would choose images I could do in the current style, but with black, white, gray, and red as the main colors of the layout, this picture jumped at me. I like it, personally. As for the name of the layout...I've been listening to the opening song to DearS a little too much...it's called "Love Slave," and while I was coming up for a name for this layout, it was playing...and it just worked too well. ^_^

I love Sukisho (short version of the full name of this series) with a passion. I've only played through one storyline in the first game (out of four), but I've listened to all of the drama cds and seen the entire anime series (not well done). I also have a manga that I haven't read yet for it...will get around to that sometime, maybe. ^_^; But yeah...Sukisho is love! And Sora is cute/cool (both at the same time!). Little Sora is even cuter. This is a very...gray layout, but I think it matches with the feeling of the image. I think the image might be from an artbook...otherwise it's from a cg from one of the games. (I know it's not from the anime.)
